What data is collected?

We collect technical data (IP address, browser type, operating system, visit time) and, when using services, also contact data (name, email, phone, address, etc.). For legal entities — registration number, VAT number, country, and contact details of company representatives.

Payment information is processed via Stripe and Montonio. We only receive confirmation of payment and the last 4 digits of the card number.

Purpose of data processing

Data is processed to provide services, fulfill contracts, improve the website, and carry out direct marketing (with user consent).

Data retention

Technical data is stored indefinitely. Personal data is stored for up to 7 years after the last interaction (e.g., opening a marketing email).

Who has access?

Data may only be shared with third parties (e.g., court) when required by law. Clients retain full ownership and control over their data.
